^h English (en)	Krishna was born in a region south of Delhi, India. Before his birth a voice from heaven prophesies that he will destroy his uncle, the wicked king Kamsa. Immediately after Krishna’s birth his father, through divine intervention, smuggles the newborn to safety to live among the cowherds.
