That point of the personality which embraces the human consciousness and all that it stands for as true selfhood; the anti-self, the synthetic image.

Nevertheless, the positive ego, successful and having a healthy self-image, is the very vital ingredient that enables the human to fearlessly reach for the Divine Ego, step by step letting go of itself, forsaking the past until that human mask is no longer a vice or device. And pure joy as radiant being becomes one’s new definition of selfhood and perspective on Reality. It is proverbial that a healthy ego is essential to a healthy surrender unto God—the true and only Ego of us all.
