Battered and bloody from Krishna’s dancing, Kaliya finally admits defeat and seeks refuge in Krishna’s mercy. Krishna, at the pleading of Kaliya’s wives, grants him his life but banishes him to an island in the ocean.... The mighty child Krishna is invincible.[1]
