Seleste er tíva-engill á meðal hinna uppstignu hersveita. Hún kom úr þögninni miklu árið 1964 til að rjúfa hina mennsku hulu næturinnar. Eftir að hafa upplifað mörg jarðnesk æviskeið og stigið upp á þróunarbraut tíva vinnur hún náið með englaríkinu og náttúruöndum á þessum hnetti.
Her plea is for mankind to recognize the tremendous assistance these evolutions give unto humanity. She has said to man, “They need your love and your constancy, even as you need theirs.”[1] She asks us to release our love and gratitude to them as well as to the Elohim and archangels and to join her in calling for the flame of freedom from the heart of Saint Germain to infuse every elemental being on earth with the permanence of victory from the heart of Jesus the Christ.
