सेराफिम सेराफ शब्द का बहुवचन है। सेराफिम को सेराफिक सेना भी कह सकते हैं। यह देवदूतों का वह समूह है जो पवित्रता के चेतना एवं पवित्र अग्नि को ईश्वर के सिंहासन के समक्ष महान केंद्रीय सूर्य की इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अग्नि के भवरों में और सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड में आत्मा और पदार्थ के स्तरों पर केंद्रित करता है।

जस्टिनियस सेराफिक समूह के कप्तान हैं। उनके निर्देशन में ही सेराफिम महान केंद्रीय सूर्य में स्थित ईश्वर, आध्यात्मिक ज्वाला तथा लक्सर में स्थित आध्यात्मिक उत्थान के मंदिर में सेवा करते हैं। सेरापिस बे आध्यात्मिक उत्थान के मंदिर के अधिपति है और चौथी किरण के चौहान हैं। मूलतः ये सेराफिम संप्रदाय के सदस्य हैं।

आईज़ेयाह ने सेराफिम को कैसे देखा

आईज़ेयाह ने “सेराफिम” को ईश्वर के सिंहासन के ऊपर खड़े देखा, उन्होंने प्रत्येक के छह पंख देखे [हिब्रू में सेराफिम का अर्थ ‘जलाने वाले’होता है]

ईश्वर की महिमा के समक्ष उन्होंने अपने चेहरे को ढक लिया, ईश्वर के प्रति श्रद्धा व्यक्त करते हुए उन्होंने अपने पैरों को ढक लिया और फिर उन्होंने भौतिकता के स्तर को छोड़ते हुए महान केंद्रीय सूर्य के स्तर की दिशा में अपनी उड़ान भरी

सेराफिम धरती पर ईश्वर के अनुयायियों को दीक्षा देते हैं, वे उन सभी लोगों को शुद्ध और पवित्र करते हैं जिन्हें पुजारियों, भविष्यवक्ताओं, संदेशवाहकों आदि के रूप चुना गया है। आईज़ेयाह ने भी सेराफिक दीक्षा प्राप्त की थी, जिसका उन्होंने वर्णन किया है:

तब एक सेराफिम मेरे पास आया, उसके हाथ में एक जलता हुआ अंगारा था, जिसे उसने चिमटे से पकड़ा हुआ था। मेरे मुँह पर वह अंगारा रखते हुए उसने कहा, "देखो, इसके छूने से और तेरा अधर्म दूर हो गया है, पाप नष्ट हो गया है।

सेराफिम का कार्य

सेरापिस बे ने अपनी पुस्तक डॉसियर ऑन द एसेंशन में सेराफिम के उस समय का वर्णन किया है जब उन्होंने सेराफिम को देखा:

सेराफिम वायुमंडल से गुज़रती हुई आग की लपटों की तरह आये, तब मुझे ये समझा आ गया कि उनके पास ब्रह्माण्ड को भेदने की क्षमता है। ब्रह्मांडीय किरणों की तरह ही वे मनुष्य के शरीर, उसके विचारों और भावनाओं से में प्रवेश कर सकते हैं। जब सेराफिम मानव चेतना से होकर निकले तो मनुष्य के पास क्या बचा या फिर मनुष्य ने क्या ग्रहण किया?

I saw clearly that absorption was accomplished and that residue was left behind—absorption by reason of instantaneous transmutation of all substance that came nigh unto their trajectory. I noted also that the residue left behind was of intense white-fire devotion, charged with a yearning for purity.

I perceived that this quality lingered within the consciousness of many; and yet, unless it was fed or accepted by them, its decay rate in their consciousness would be of relatively short term, for a disassociation of these ideas would cause the lingering sparks of the seraphim to pursue the parent body and leave their temporarily unwelcome home. Affinitizing with the consciousness of the seraphim is tantamount to retaining the benefits of the seraphic hosts.

I know of no power more valiantly capable of assisting anyone into his own ascension in the light than the transmutative efforts toward Cosmic Christ purity that are emitted by the seraphic hosts. In our retreat at Luxor, the meditations upon the seraphim are a very important part of our spiritual instruction.

Jesus himself spent a great deal of time in communion with the seraphic hosts. This developed in him the superior power whereby he could cast out demons and take dominion over the outer world of form.

The mantra of the seraphim that they chant without ceasing before the throne of the Lord is: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.”
