Arcturus e Vitória
Arcturus e Victoria, os Elohim do sétimo raio, focalizam as energias do chakra da alma do planeta a partir do seu retiro no reino etérico, perto de Luanda, em Angola, na África. Este retiro é dedicado à liberdade e à vitória do planeta. Eles também focalizam a chama da misericórdia, do perdão e da alquimia. A pulsação da chama violeta do coração de Arcturus e Vitória produzem o ritmo e o ritual da aplicação, por meio do serviço e da reverência à vida.
Arcturus usa a chama púrpura para focalizar a ação científica e a essência transmutadora da liberdade, enquanto Vitória irradia a chama violeta, na tonalidade da orquídea, representando a misericórdia e o amor à liberdade.
O serviço que Arcturus presta hoje
O serviço prestado pelos Elohim do sétimo raio a este planeta intensificou-se no século vinte graças a uma dispensação concedida a [[Special:MyLanguage/Saint Germain|Saint Germain]], na década de 1930, que permitiu que os ensinamentos do EU SOU fossem revelados ao mundo exterior. Anteriormente, essas instruções eram transmitidas apenas nos retiros da Fraternidade.
Na abertura da Exposição Século do Progresso, em Chicago, em 1933, Arcturus deu início à ação específica da chama da liberdade para auxiliar as Américas. No decorrer daquela década, outros seres cósmicos deixaram o Grande Silêncio (Nirvana) para auxiliar Saint Germain na sua tarefa extraordinária em prol das evoluções do planeta. Essa assistência tem sido aumentada e intensificada nos últimos anos, e o patrocínio constante da Grande Fraternidade Branca, das hostes ascensas e dos seres cósmicos é evidente nas dispensações que têm sido concedidas.
O milagre da chama violeta

Somehow this human mind that carries the cast of the dweller-on-the-threshold and the not-self does not quite believe, even in the minds and hearts of chelas, that the violet flame can do everything—everything that you need to have done.... Yes, beloved hearts, seeing is going to be believing. And we are going to see to it that at some level of your being, both conscious and unconscious, you shall acknowledge the miracles of the very violet flame that you invoke.
When an alchemist goes to his laboratory, if he does not perform the experiment, if he does not engage in alchemy, nothing happens. Well, if you do nothing, you will see nothing! And so the experiment must include your invoking the violet flame for a certain amount of time each day until you have a momentum building in your aura....
The violet flame is the wonder drug of the century. It is the wonder flame! And it can make the difference as to which way planet Earth goes. I don’t mind if you whistle the violet flame, sing the violet flame, jump and dance to the violet flame, do circle dances to all of your music to the violet flame, create new music to the violet-flame decrees.
I don’t mind whatever you do. Make games out of it! Do marathons with it! But whatever you do, beloved ones, you have to get busy with exciting and innovative methods to bring that violet flame into every area of your life and to bring it there at the point where it counts, with the science of the spoken Word—your word, your tongue, your vocal cords and your chakras.[2]

Other foci where Arcturus and Victoria have flames (but no retreats) are over Australia, the South Pole, the Pyrenees Mountains, Siberia, Victoria Island in northern Canada, and the southern tip of South America.
